House rules
1. Stay
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. On departure, please leave the apartment reasonably tidy.
2. Quiet hours
Strict quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Parties, loud music and any behaviour disturbing other residents are prohibited.
3. Unregistered visitors
Only guests included in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Any other visitors require the owner’s prior approval.
4. No smoking
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and other smoking products, is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Evidence or smell of smoke will result in a PLN 1,000 charge for additional cleaning and odour removal.
5. Keys & entry chip
A PLN 500 fee applies if the keys or entrance-door chip are lost.
6. Damage & inventory
Guests are responsible for damage caused by anyone using the apartment during their stay. Repair or replacement costs are charged to the Guest. The apartment and its inventory are photographed before each stay; missing items may be charged at replacement cost.
7. Waste
Before departure, please take rubbish to the outdoor bins and sort it into: plastics/metals, glass, paper and mixed waste.
8. Safety
Whenever you leave, please close windows and lock the doors, switch off lights and any appliances that do not need to remain on. Open flames and candles are prohibited.
9. Equipment
Please do not remove items from the apartment, move furniture unnecessarily, or use equipment for purposes other than intended. Report any fault or damage as soon as possible.
10. Breach of rules
Failure to comply with these rules, especially quiet hours, the smoking ban or occupancy rules, may result in immediate termination of the stay and a requirement to leave the apartment early.
